About The Event

Experience a 90-minute mixology class with interactive engagement and Q&A.

A mixology expert will guide you step-by-step through crafting two signature cocktails: the Palomarr Sunset, a refreshing Rosemary Paloma made with rosemary cordial, rosemary salt, and a lime wheel.

Also, the AI Driven Sour, a whiskey sour infused with specialty notes of peach ginger, peach liqueur/cordial, ginger bitters, and garnished with candied ginger.

We’ll start with an overview of the ingredients before diving into drink preparation and bartending techniques to enhance your cocktail-making skills. You’ll also receive tips on selecting the best ingredients for future mixology adventures. A cocktail-making kit will be shipped to you before the event.
