Palomarr is excited to host the Palomarr Pavilion at CVxEXPO25, taking place Nov. 3-5 in Glendale, Ariz. Designed as a central hub within the expo, the Pavilion will showcase the latest supplier solutions, foster impactful marketing and sales conversations, and create valuable opportunities for connection.
One of the Pavilion’s main highlights will be the AI Demo Café, sponsored by Palomarr. Attendees can stop by for a barista-made gourmet coffee and see supplier demonstrations up close. The AI Demo Café is meant to give participants time to relax, recharge, and engage with the AI-powered solutions technologies in a comfortable, informal atmosphere.
Altogether, more than 15 demos are scheduled throughout the two-day event, with each lasting 25 minutes. In addition, the area will transform into a lounge serving adult beverages and hors d’oeuvres during the opening reception and complementary cocktail hours.

We are proud to feature Palomarr at CVxEXPO25. The Palomarr Pavillion and AI Demo Café will take CVxEXPO to the next level, offering new opportunities for vendors and attendees to interact and exchange ideas. This will be our biggest, most value-packed event to date.

Palomarr will also facilitate panel-style conversations throughout the event. These are designed to bring industry leaders together on topics that matter most, from the changing customer journey to the role of emerging technologies in everyday business. Attendees are encouraged to take part, ask questions, and contribute their own perspectives.
By creating the Pavilion, Palomarr is offering something different at CVxEXPO25: a place where technology and hospitality meet, and where attendees can leave with ideas, insights, and new relationships that extend beyond the show floor.
